Hi friend!

Lena is an editor, writer and host based in London. Hailing from the South of Germany, she graduated from Central Saint Martins with a BA in Fashion Journalism in 2024 and was shortlisted for her degree project at the H&M Sustainability Awards the same year. She independently edited and launched Napkin, a print journal for the plant-forward people of London.

With an insatiable appetite for honest storytelling, she focuses on food and lifestyle journalism from soil to table, observing and documenting the habits and interests of her burgeoning generation and an ever-evolving zeitgeist. If recipe editing, investigating a natural phenomenon or digging up dirt on the national allotment crisis - Lena likes to dive head-first into matters of culture, heritage and provenance.

As event coordinator for Come Together, she also keeps her ear to the ground at supper clubs and the wider dining scene, often reporting straight from the heart of gastronomic happenings. In March 2025, she co-curated and launched the Test Kitchen Club, a relaxed afternoon tasting and recipe swap, which has been running successfully ever since.
